“Potential” The Union of Sumgayit Specialists which was founded in 1998, was again organized on the basis of the Organization of the Specialists educated in the foreign countries and was formally registered on May 27, 2000 as an independent NGO. The Union joins 664 highly skilled specialists, 5 of them are Doctors of Science, 56 candidates of science and others higher educated specialists.

The main implemented projects of the organization is about to assist the specialists with high intellectual potential to be represented at the public management, to take part in the establishment of democratic, legal civil society, to try the realization of democratic principles by everybody in the society. здесь следует краткое содержание текст
